About Susan

Susan Pellegrini: I am blessed to have achieved over 35 years of success as a Realtor and have now formed a family real estate team with my son, Tony, and my husband, Marco. I began my real estate career in 1984 in Seattle. After graduating from the University of Washington, I started working as an interior designer. During that time, I was frequently asked to recommend furnishings and upgrades that would help a home sell more quickly and for a higher price. Eventually, this led me to realize that I wanted to help clients not only prepare their homes for sale but also guide them through the entire selling or purchasing process. Over the years, I have been described as innovative, fun to work with, tenacious, driven, and extremely knowledgeable about market conditions. I take pride in being a tireless advocate for my clients. It is very important to me that my clients feel confident, safe, and able to trust me as they make important real estate decisions. I receive many referrals from past clients, which I believe is directly related to my strong focus on customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional service. My career also includes many years in both the Washington State and Arizona markets. In addition to being an Associate Broker, I have earned several professional certifications, including CRS, QSC® (Quality Service Certified), and CDPE® (Certified Distressed Property Expert).
