About Susan

Genuinely liked and respected by her clients and peers alike, Susan Targowski is renowned for being a "do the right thing" kind of person who brings passion, energy, creativity, dedication and experience to all her clientele. Now an associate broker at Realty One Group, Susan previously spent 18 years serving as the Operations Manager for Model Home Center (a business founded by her father). Pioneering the idea of real estate offices located in valley malls, she grew the business to include 15 office locations and successfully negotiated the commercial leases, tenant improvements/build-outs, as well as hiring and training new agents. Susan has now been involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years. She is a skilled negotiator, always anticipating every possible angle of a transaction and keeping her clients informed every step of the way. A great problem solver, Susan is the agent for any situation, challenging or otherwise. Her quick response time, good listening skills, and vast knowledge of the Phoenix area's wide array of neighborhoods has made Susan the go-to expert in her field. Susan earned a BS degree in accounting from Arizona State University and has lived in the Phoenix area for more than 45 years. She began her career in accounting but quickly moved into a business venture in the collaborative design industry for 7 years before joining her father's love of real estate. It was there that she developed a keen eye for design and space that is beneficial to the real estate field. Together with her husband of more than 30 years, Susan adores spending time with her three children. When Susan is not working, she enjoys walking her dog, hiking with friends and family, or can often be found volunteering with the Phoenix Children's Hospital's pet therapy program.
