About Teresa

Hello, Thank you for your interest. Here is a little about myself and I do hope to be of service to you. I grew up in Arizona. I attended elementary through highschool in Phoenix then graduated from ASU with a General Business degree and field of specialization in Real Estate Law. While I didn't immediately venture into real estate, I knew that one day I would find my way back. My first "real" job out of university was working at the Chicago Board of Trade. I started as a runner on the the floor (yes, it was as exciting as you see on the old Eddie Murphy movie Trading Places) I worked my way up to become our firms first analyst and developed the research division. I missed my family so I returned to Arizona. Moved into McCormick Ranch, married a contractor/homebuilder, raised two kids, got my real estate license, moved to Paradise Valley, bought, sold and helped build homes. The recession came and we decided to check out Toronto. I became a Financial Planner, helped my husband with his construction business, marveled at Canada's beauty and diversity, learned about Cottage Life, and had a wonderful time. Once again Arizona lured me back. I longed for SUN, mountains, my forever friends and REAL ESTATE. I know "The Valley" well and look forward to successfully assisting with all of your real estate needs!
