Just under 21 years experience as a Realtor in Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe, Mesa & Scottsdale working with home buyers and sellers, having sold over several million dollars in real estate. I feel I was trained by the best, my father Jay Freeman, who had worked in the real estate field for over 30 years. I joined Realty Executives with Jay Freeman and Pam Freeman Olmstead back in January 2001. Shortly after, we formed the Jay Freeman Team. With the changes in the economy, Jay and Pam went to HomeSmart in 2009, I went to West USA Realty to offer my clients Property Management.With the down turn in the housing market and still selling real estate, I went to work with Bank of America in their Short Sale Department back in September 2008. Working as a Negotiator for Bank of America for 2 years and as a Closing Officer for just over 1 year. While with Bank of America, I have negotiated contracts with other Realtors, Lenders, Investors, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and with many PMI companies. I have been nominated and received several awards for my negotiation skills, customer service, managing an average of 150+ files every month, and many months with over 300+ files. The experience that I have received, has afforded me the unique insight and knowledge that most real estate agents cannot offer their clients.Some of the skills that set me apart from others are; strong negotiation skills, communication skills, very detailed oriented, networking with others, knowledge of short sales, multi tasking, coordinating home inspections (and contractors if needed) and creating a seamless transaction from start to finish.
