About Yvette

Yvette’s passion for real estate began when her and her husband moved to Phoenix from California back in 2006, to live the American Dream and to start a business. Arizona is the perfect place to fulfill the dream of owning a home with a reasonable cost vs living ratio. Yvette worked for one of the largest real estate investment and development groups in North America, who acquired and planned over 42,000 acres. She oversaw the administrative support for the planning and development team who took new acquisitions from conceptual planning to entitlement; in other words, from raw land with preliminary zoning to land that’s ready to build. Arizona was a target market with over 9,000 acres and she is well-informed with the economic history surrounding the valley, especially when it comes to the local housing market. Yvette has a talent for tailoring each buyer or seller's experience to their unique needs and taste. Spend some time with her and you’ll know you are in good hands.
