In 2015, Aaliya came to Los Angeles from Philadelphia and fell hard for the city — more importantly, the real neighborhoods with actual character. She is passionate about the people who've chosen to build their lives here, and carefully guides her clients the perfect home. Established in Jefferson Park, Aaliya has helped hundreds of clients find their next home or sell their property as they pursue their new chapter. Aaliya brings more than a decade of experience in finance and accounting to her real estate career. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Information Technology and an MBA with a concentration in Accounting. Her financial background allows her to bring a thoughtful, analytical perspective to every transaction while keeping her clients’ goals at the center of the process. Whether buying, selling, or investing, Aaliya takes a hands on approach. She guides her clients through the numbers, market conditions, negotiations, and details that can make a significant difference in a transaction. She believes in educating her clients along the way so they can make decisions with clarity and confidence. Aaliya is particularly passionate about real estate as a tool for building long term wealth. Her own experience purchasing an investment property with her father in Philadelphia reinforced her belief in the opportunities real estate can create over time. She enjoys helping clients understand not just the transaction in front of them, but how real estate can fit into their bigger financial picture. Outside of real estate, Aaliya enjoys hiking, exploring Los Angeles, dancing, and spending time with family and friends. She is also a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated.
