About Alex
Alexandro Prieto, Investment Real Estate Specialist, RE/MAX Champions, Upland, CA I got into real estate to help people make good decisions about the biggest asset most of them will ever own. Eleven years later, that is still the job. The numbers are a byproduct of doing it well. What I do: I help homeowners and investors in the Inland Empire and the foothill cities see their real options before they commit. That means an honest number on what a home or building is worth, what you would actually net, whether to hold or sell, and how a 1031 exchange or an ADU changes the picture. Then a plan you can act on. Where I have been: 100+ closed transactions and more than $55 million in sales across single-family, multifamily, commercial and land in San Bernardino, Riverside, Los Angeles and Orange Counties. I trained at a commercial investment firm and have closed those deals myself, so when your situation is complicated, you have someone who has been through it. Recent clients: - A family in Oak Glen I helped buy in 2020 asked me to sell in 2026. Full price, multiple offers, no seller credits, and a strong price on their next home. - First-time buyers in Beaumont: $17,500 in seller credits, the buyer's agent commission paid by the seller, and a price under appraisal, so they started with equity. - A Crestline owner who moved two retail parcels through a 1031 exchange on schedule. - An 8-unit apartment building in Banning, listed and closed at $1,375,000 in my first month on the commercial side at Marcus & Millichap. (Represented the seller.) Know Your Net is the program I run for owners and investors: your true net proceeds, hold versus sell, 1031 options and tax exposure, on paper, before you decide. There is no pressure in it. Clear numbers make for calm decisions. Bilingual, English and Spanish. If you or someone you care about is thinking about a move, I am glad to help, even if the answer is to stay put. Let's talk.
