About Alithea

Allie Levko is a REALTOR® with a passion for helping clients confidently navigate one of life’s biggest investments. She began her real estate career in 2020 as a broker’s assistant, where she helped manage 11 listings and numerous buyer transactions, coordinating inspections, appraisals, photography, open houses, and every detail that keeps a transaction moving smoothly. After earning her real estate license in 2023, Allie represented buyers and sellers across both traditional and luxury real estate, assisted international clients relocating from South Korea, and was recognized as a Five Star Rising Star Real Estate Professional for her sales volume and client satisfaction during her first years in the industry and was issued in Texas Monthly Magazine. Her personal experience renovating multiple properties—including converting a church into a custom home—gives her clients valuable insight into home improvements, investment potential, and maximizing property value. After transitioning to the San Diego market, Allie continued her real estate education before earning her California license in March 2025. She also gained experience with a real estate investment firm evaluating renovation costs and investment opportunities, further strengthening her understanding of property value and return on investment. Whether assisting first-time buyers, luxury clients, investors, or families relocating from across the world, Allie is known for her attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and genuine commitment to making every client feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process.
