After graduating college, Annette worked in commercial real estate for large public and private firms, managing large, Class-A office, retail and industrial portfolios. Early in her career, Annette developed essential negotiating skills in representing commercial landlords in lease transactions, and in property acquisitions and dispositions, and then later representing buyers and sellers of coastal luxury homes and multi-family income properties. Annette's strengths include helping her clients build wealth by finding value in the purchase or sale of their personal residences, and repositioning investment properties through IRS Code Section 1031 Tax Deferred Exchanges. On a personal level, Annette has always had a passion and appreciation for luxury homes and the coastal lifestyle. That passion drew Annette to Laguna Beach, with its endless miles of beautiful coastline, canyons, natural landscapes, wildlife and art culture. Annette's interests and activities include animal rights and environmental causes, yoga and cycling.
