A creative designer, skilled agent, and devoted mom with powerful generational ties to San Diego real estate. Ashley is an accomplished San Diego designer and luxury property specialist who brings a strategic, yet personable approach to the real estate process. Specializing in selling investment properties, luxury homes and multi-residential properties, Ashley’s passion for real estate dates back to a very early age. A third-generation San Diego native, Ashley grew up walking around her father’s commercial properties, and even recalls her grandparents helping to develop Mount Soledad! She was immediately fascinated by the process of bringing blueprints to life. Fusing her creative eye and skills as an agent with her experience in project management and design for a local construction company, she has the tools and expertise to guide clients through any real estate process, from cosmetic fixes to full-scale remodels. She serves the entire San Diego area and brings her passion and sharp attention to detail to help buyers in a highly focused search for their new house and to help sellers get the most value for their home. Though she loves real estate, being a mom of two is Ashley’s most rewarding job of all! In the fall, her daughter will be heading off to the University of Cincinnati on a scholarship for collegiate volleyball and her son will continue playing football during his junior year of high school. Ashley loves to stay busy, whether she’s enjoying time with friends, going to a local concert or even (most recently) paragliding in Torrey Pines! In addition to being active in the community, she also strives to give back and has been a dedicated volunteer at the Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute for nearly a decade.
