About Brad
The home buying and selling process can be one of the most stressful and challenging times in your life, but it doesn’t have to be. I started in Real Estate in 1997 and became licensed in early 1998. I specialize in building relationships with my clients. I will treat you like I would a family member. I prefer to personally meet with you and formulate a strategy that works best for your needs. Your happiness is of utmost importance to me and I believe that no problem is unsolvable if we communicate. I thrive in high pressure negotiating and understand that this is an investment in your life. I grew up in the San Fernando Valley and graduated from Granada Hills High School. I went on to study Psychology and Communications, and then studied Improv and Scene Study while working as an actor for a number of years appearing on shows such as “Beverly Hills, 90210” and “Saved By the Bell”. Since 1997 I have taken all that knowledge I gained in the entertainment industry and applied it towards a very successful career in Real Estate. I have seen many cycles in the Real Estate market which has given me the foresight of being able to navigate the ups and downs while getting my buyers the lowest price for a home when negotiating and getting my sellers top dollar when listing their home. Growing-up I was given a shining example of what it means to have a successful client focused business. My Father, Len Roth, has been a financial advisor for over 40 years. He taught me how important it is to ensure my clients not only find the home of their dreams, but one in which they will be financially secure. I am considered as one of the best Real Estate Agents in Southern California. I put my client’s needs first, I use top marketing techniques, and I possess hard negotiating skills always getting the best price for my clients. My motto is “Call Brad, You’ll Be Glad” and I strive to prove the truth in those words every day.
