Hi there! I'm Caitlin Lovin. First and Foremost, I'm a mama to two beautiful children, one furbaby, a wife to my amazing husband, and if you couldn't guess by now...a Realtor. I have a slight coffee obsession, I'm an avid Target goer, and wine enthusiast. When I'm not driving all over the Greater Sacramento Area meeting up with my amazing client friends, you can probably assume I'm with my little munchkins and hubs trying to keep up on "all the things." I love shopping, makeup, the outdoors, reading, and traveling with my family. If you can't tell by now, I'm passionate about family and home. I'm a firm believer in the old saying "your home is your castle." I love educating others about real estate and everything that is involved with it. The process of buying or selling a home is a major life event and can be stressful no matter how prepared you are. I want to make sure my clients know I will be there every step of the way. From filling out contracts, scheduling appointments, showing homes, negotiating deals, and much more, they can count on me! I treat my clients like friends because they are.
