I have built my career on a foundation of integrity, transparency, hard work, and the Golden Rule, and my success as a real estate agent and development specialist in the San Francisco Bay Area is a testament to my commitment to serve my clients. A life-long athlete, I often describe how I work in sports terminology. With individual and family clients, I’m their “coach” as I guide them through the purchase or sale of their home. For many of my clients, purchasing a home is the largest transaction they’ll ever do. It’s an emotionally charged experience, and I want it to be as comfortable as possible. To achieve that, I draw upon my two decades of experience in real estate, my ability to laser-focus my attention on details, and my dedication to clear communication with all parties. No question is too big or too small. I’m always working for you. I also help people build long-term wealth through residential real estate investing and developing, and in this side of the industry, I’m the “quarterback for a complicated game.” My professional background includes work as Developer Sales Manager—Western Region for Blu Homes, Inc., home builders, in which I was responsible for sourcing, building, and managing relationships with many levels of players. I have built and flipped houses, found and secured premier lots and tear- down opportunities, and facilitated joint venture relationships between developers, property owners, investors, and financing, then handled the successful sale of the end product. I excel at negotiating for and on behalf of my clients, and I celebrate when everyone wins. Having grown up in a military family (14 schools in 12 years), I understand the stresses and challenges people face during the process of moving to a new home, and I bring this compassion into my work. I love being a homeowner and am grateful to now call the Bay Area home for more than 30 years.
