About Chris

3 Point Real Estate and Construction Inc.is a full service real estate brokerage located in Sacramento. We are a unique agency because we also specialize in home renovations and our construction branch is very knowledgeable about the cost of necessary repairs required by FHA, VA,conventional loans, etc. Home buyers and sellers choose us because of our high degree of expertise, community knowledge, and our ability to complete real estate transactions swiftly without a hassle. Whether you're looking to buy or sell a home or you wish to invest in real estate property we will help you. Personally, I graduated from UC Davis, started a career as a teacher and a few years later started in real estate in 2006 as an investor. Soon after, I obtained my license and worked with a nationally recognized real estate agency. I thoroughly enjoyed providing my clients with service and sought to help them with their home maintenance needs. To provide my clients with comprehensive home services I studied home structures and earned a general contractors license with the State of California. At the down turn of the housing market I was able to help dozens of families purchase homes and provide them with 'handyman services' or renovations to make the cheapest house move-in ready. In 2011, after obtaining my brokers license, I founded 3 Point Real Estate & Construction, Inc. It was a one man show for several months, before I brought on agents. The best year was in 2013 because my wife left her career and became my assistant during her last pregnancy. She helped our company grow to where it is today! She is the crown upon my head.
