About Christen

Those who are fortunate enough to have Associate Christen Tull in their corner not only gain a distinguished real estate agent with 18 years of experience and knowledge but a compassionate partner guided by a strong moral compass. The Los Angeles native has always worked in real estate in some capacity, initially getting her feet wet in escrow before transitioning into a developer/investor role and finally now as an agent for Pacific Union. Yet unlike the average real estate agent, Christen is also a Probate Specialist, guiding her clients through the most trying and stressful conditions with her calm and detail-oriented disposition. “I love what I do...it is a part of who I am. Achieving my client’s desires in a way that is ethical, creative, and kind—while observing the rules—is what I take pride in.” Having served on the Ethics Committee at the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Association of Realtors and developed skill assessment tests and training for real estate recruiting firm ProREA staffing, Christen wholeheartedly abides by the “Golden Rule”—that is, treating others as you wish to be treated—and continues to teach classes privately as well as within her Beverly Hills office. Christen applies the same strategic planning and devotion to every transaction that she handles, keeping her clients in the loop in terms of the entire process so that they can be certain that their interests are being represented with the utmost integrity. As the daughter of two real estate professionals, Christen's endless curiosity in real estate was inspired by their contracts and disclosures. Since those early days, her unwavering fascination with real estate has blossomed into a successful career and lifelong passion.
