About Claudia

Claudia Lee is a San Francisco REALTOR® with Vantage Realty who helps first-time buyers, repeat buyers, relocators and sellers navigate the San Francisco real estate market. Born and raised in Oakland, she has a lifelong understanding of what makes a place feel like home. Claudia grew up traveling for karate, competing on the Junior U.S. National Karate Team and visiting places throughout South America, which taught her to stay calm and clear-headed under pressure. At 16 she left home for Phillips Exeter Academy, and after college she spent six months traveling solo across Asia. Along the way she saw how differently people define home, and she came back with a deeper appreciation for the one that raised her. She holds a B.A. in Communication with highest honors and a minor in Professional Writing from UC Santa Barbara, a foundation that shapes how clearly she explains complex information. There she served as a Peer Advisor and Vice Chair of her financial literacy organization, managing more than $200,000 a year in student grant funding and helping peers build confidence around long-term financial decisions. Back in Oakland, she worked with the Chinatown community on development and beautification initiatives after 2020, building partnerships between local AAPI artists and small businesses. Community has always been at the center of Claudia’s work. It extends beyond real estate, too: she was a stem cell match for a stranger and donated, helping save their life. “Why wouldn’t I?” she says. Today she shares neighborhood knowledge and home-buying education through Claudia Insider and The San Francisco Insider newsletter, and she stays part of her clients’ lives long after closing.
