About Clovia

With a fresh, modern approach to real estate, Clovia Burleyson is redefining what it looks like to buy and sell homes along the Lowcountry coast. As a driven Realtor® and the head of Marketing & Community Engagement for COZY Realty Group, she brings a unique blend of strategy, lifestyle insight, and elevated service to every client she works with. Known for her luxe-meets-laid-back style, Clovia specializes in coastal relocation, golf-course communities, and new construction, making her the go-to guide for clients looking to upgrade their lifestyle and plant roots in Savannah, Pooler, Richmond Hill, and (coming soon) Hilton Head. Whether she’s touring model homes, scouting the best up-and-coming communities, or highlighting local businesses, she showcases the Lowcountry through a warm, aspirational lens that resonates with modern buyers. Her background in marketing gives her clients a true edge—from compelling listing strategies to strong online visibility—and her community-centered approach helps her connect deeply with both locals and newcomers. Hard-working, relationship-driven, and endlessly passionate, Clovia is committed to making the real estate process feel seamless, enjoyable, and elevated. When she’s not showing homes or creating content, you’ll find her on the golf course, exploring new construction neighborhoods, or enjoying golden-hour moments around Savannah. Clovia’s mission is simple: make real estate feel exciting, empowering, and aligned with the lifestyle you’re building.
