About Codie N

I’m Codie Mauleon, a local Realtor helping buyers and sellers throughout Placer and Sacramento counties and the surrounding communities. I live in Rocklin with my family, so I don’t just work in this area—I’m part of the community and understand what makes each neighborhood unique. Before becoming a Realtor, I spent six years working in escrow, giving me a strong understanding of what happens behind the scenes of a real estate transaction. That experience helps me anticipate potential issues, stay on top of the details, and guide my clients confidently from the first conversation all the way through closing. I believe buying or selling a home should feel exciting, not overwhelming. My clients can expect honest advice, consistent communication, strong negotiation, and someone who will genuinely advocate for them throughout the process. Whether we’re searching for the right home, preparing a property for the market, or working through the details of an offer, I’m hands-on every step of the way. What I love most about real estate is helping people make big life moves—whether that’s buying their first home, relocating, moving up, downsizing, or simply finding a place that fits their life a little better. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me with my family or volunteering in our local schools and youth sports programs. If you’re thinking about making a move, I’d love to be a resource and help you figure out your next step.
