I've been licensed since 2018, but I came to this business the long way around. For about ten years before that I worked on the ownership side of real estate, overseeing apartment buildings and industrial properties and managing the people who ran them day to day. I sat on the side of the table that writes the checks, approves the repairs, and absorbs the cost when something got missed at purchase. That is the lens I bring to a house. I am looking at roof and HVAC age, electrical capacity, plumbing and sewer, and the deferred maintenance a fresh coat of paint is covering up, not just how a place shows on a Saturday afternoon. When you are buying, that means you know what the home will cost you after closing, not only what it costs to get into it. When you are selling, it means we spend money on the things that actually move the number and skip the ones that do not. I work San Dimas, La Verne, Claremont, Glendora, Upland, and Pomona.
