About Craig

Craig Dow and Jaime Dillon have spent most of their careers saving lives, literally. With Craig a retired firefighter and Jaime a labor and delivery nurse, they know the importance of making sure people fully understand every available option in order to make the most educated final decision. With experience in high stress environments, Jaime and Craig have mastered the art of staying calm while still being resourceful. They will always give honest, straightforward answers. After all, if you can trust them with your life, you can trust them with your home. Since meeting in the mid 1990’s while training to become EMT’s, Craig and Jaime have remained friends for over 20 years. As longtime Marin residents with kids in local schools and active community involvement, their lives often overlap. With a passion for helping people any way they can, adding real estate to their long list of parallels was no surprise. Jaime and Craig bring an immense amount of patience, empathy and understanding to the real estate process. Both pride themselves on their ability to listen, ask questions and prioritize the needs of their clients. After working stressful, high intensity jobs, Craig and Jaime effortlessly provide a voice of reason during the real estate decision process. They agree that buying or selling a home can be overwhelming and tedious, but they work together to bring clarity and ease to any situation.
