About Dadiva

DD Garth REALTOR® | The Avenue Home Collective Raised in North County San Diego and now living further south, DD Garth is a true local with knowledge of neighborhoods across the county. Her passion for this city, the beaches, the restaurants, the character of each neighborhood, is what drew her into real estate in the first place. She loves sharing her home with others and helping them discover how they can make it their own. With a background in entrepreneurship and the arts, DD brings a natural creativity to her business. She has a fascination with flow state and carries that energy into her clients' transactions, showing them that buying or selling a home can be one of the best times of their lives, and one of the smoothest.
