About Danny

I was born and raised in Moreno Valley California and grew up with Real Estate in my blood. My Mother has been a Realtor since 1989, and is now an Associate Broker at Prudential California Realty. So, it only made since that I would end up following in her footsteps. After High school I attended Riverside Community College where I pursued an AA in Business. Soon after, I began working in the Construction field and started a small business refurbishing REO properties. In 2008, I decided to take the plunge into sales and received my Real Estate License. After working the REO market for a couple of years, I decided to move to Los Angeles. I lived in L.A. for three years and worked as the Vendor Manager to one of the fastest growing Appraisal Management Companies in the nation. I gained invaluable management experience during my time with Landmark inc., as well as a better understanding of the National Marketplace and the appraisal process. I am now living back in Moreno Valley and working with my Mom, Shelly and 'Dad, Jim. Together we make up Lindekugel & Associates. I am currently a Licensed Realtor and working on my Brokers License. I am part of the newest Generation of Realtor's, strong in social media and technical skills, while still understanding the need for personal communication and hard work.
