His 21 years of combined experience as a Realtor and investor has given him the rare first hand knowledge needed to better serve each of his clients individual needs and goals. In addition to being a member of the National Association of Realtors & California Association of Realtors, he is one of fewer than 5% of Realtors in the nation who are entitled to use the prestigious "GRI" (Graduate Realtor Institute) and the "SRES" (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) designations. David has been a well known and active resident of Rancho Cucamonga for the last 36 years. His dedication to the community involved establishing a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization "The David Gonzalez Community Foundation" which raises money to give back into well deserving community programs. In 2007 David was appointed by the city council to serve on the City of Rancho Cucamonga's Library Foundation Board which is a role he still proudly serves. Recently in 2008 he was trusted by the city as the only Realtor to provide Senior's Real Estate Counseling through the Senior Center. David contributes his success to his faith, strong ethical commitment, dedication to service, community trust and his loving wife & children who continue to support him along the way.
