Deborah is proud to call San Francisco home! Since moving to the US from her native Vietnam, she has developed strong roots in the Bay Area where she thoroughly enjoys life with her family and friends. A 1992 graduate of San Francisco State University in Business Administration, she was able to take her education and parlay it into a successful career in real estate. Deborah''s motto is that "the client comes first". She will fight to make sure that the client gets the highest price if they are a Seller and the lowest price when they are a Buyer. She listens to what is important to them, and tries to make sure that they get the property bought or sold with the least amount of inconvenience. Deborah believes in hard work and perseverance. She is honest and generous to a fault, and will always put herself in the client''s shoes. Deborah has helped over 300 clients buy or sell properties in the past few years and has consistently been in the top 1% of agents in San Francisco. In 2006, she joined Zephyr Real Estate in Noe Valley, and was a Top Ten Top Producer for nine years. Between 2006-2015, Deborah sold over $250 million dollars in San Francisco real estate. In 2014, she was ranked 1st at Zephyr Real Estate and was named by Real Trends as "One of the Best Agents in America". In 2015, Deborah joined Vanguard Properties as a Senior Sales Advisor and was ranked 8th (out of 200+ agents). As of January 2016, she has sold nearly $350 million dollars in properties. Along with her business partner, Christian Nguyen, they are known as the N2 team and are one of San Francisco's top producing sales teams.
