About Denise

Denise Dascallos : was born and raised in Sebastopol, California. As a child, she was fascinated by her father's profession as an Architect and his passion that a "House always becomes a home", surely influenced Denise's career choice. Growing up in a rural part of California allowed her to become very familiar with farms, ranches, and country property. Living within close proximity to Napa and Sonoma Counties gave Denise a better understanding of the wine industry and in particular; vineyard estates. Her passion for Real Estate started in the early 90's while working as an assistant to the owner of Coldwell Banker in Bodega Bay California. The fast-paced office environment and dedication to helping people motivated her interest in the real estate industry. After fulfilling her duties as a stay-at-home mom, she decided to pursue her dream of becoming a real estate agent. So, in 2017 she rekindled her relationship as a licensed agent with Coldwell Banker in Folsom California. Denise's dedication to her clients combined with her attention to detail enables her to provide them with the best possible service and to achieve their dream of homeownership. She is dedicated to being reliable, available, and a strong advocate to those she represents.
