From one end of the real estate spectrum to the other in knowing the ins and outs of the Residential,Land and Commercial Real Estate markets from start to finish and I pride my self on giving my clients a step by step process as we navigate their home owner Journey! Being in the business and going through many types of markets I still use the traditional marketing with new and innovative methods to assist in my customers needs as they buy or sell a home. “I always believe the customers’ needs and concerns are my number one priority. I fell in love with real estate when I was a property manager and when i became an agent I realized the Realtor* has many key roles and one very important roll was being the middle man and the only way to be the middle man and make the escrow go as smooth as possible was to learn a little bit about everyone else's job that played a vital part of the transaction that took place! This made me able to stay on top things and know who's job was what and when they were to perform it! In my earlier days I would teach beginning classes to the new agents and taught many of the classes for the “Success Series” to fellow Realtors. This practice of teaching repetitive information has spilled over to my clients and it has helped them understand the process that much more! I am always up for challenge’s and thinking outside the box to solve tough issues for myself and others in my profession!
