With 30 years of real estate industry experience, I have experience in all facets of the real estate industry with expertise from first time homebuyer transactions to commercial investment properties. I love my job and I get great pleasure from helping clients realize their goals of homeownership or investing in income producing real estate. I was a debate champion in college and my negotiating skills have assisted hundreds of families secure the best deal possible for their situation. I know the in's and out's of FHA and VA loans as well as getting the highest CAP rate for my investors.
