As a San Diego County native and a seasoned real estate professional, Evan recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him, and he strives every day to exceed their expectations. Prior to entering real estate, Evan worked in the legal industry as a Paralegal for Estate Planning law firms from 2015 to 2018 and Real Estate law firms specializing in Unlawful Detainers (evictions) and post judgment collections from 2018 to 2021. These experiences instilled in him the skills to effectively communicate, negotiate and solidify the best offers for his clients. Evan has had multiple successes in his real estate career. Most recently he represented a seller and successfully negotiated multiple offers over list price. Not only does he help sellers win, Evan also caters to buyers. His biggest win for his most recent buyers was getting their offer accepted below list price. By effectively communicating with the seller’s agent, he was able to solidify the terms and timeline that made their offer more appealing. Because Evan helps sellers and buyers, his knowledge is an advantage. When it comes to seller’s, Evan can recommend certain repairs and small updates to ensure there are no hiccups that could potentially delay escrow and get top dollar for your property. When it comes to helping buyer’s, Evan is just as diligent, his experience in collections kick in and he can negotiate the best terms, timeline and price. Outside of real estate, Evan likes to spend time with his family, cook, camp, mountain bike, paddle board and off-road in his hometown, Borrego Springs.
