About Ginna

Ginna Arnold-Lazar leads Lazar Homes, a family-owned boutique brokerage serving Silicon Valley and the Mid-Peninsula since her family founded the company in 1959. With more than 31 years of experience and a license dating to 1995, Ginna has built a practice grounded in discretion, deep market knowledge, and a fierce commitment to her clients' interests. Her expertise spans Silicon Valley residential sales, luxury estates, ranch and land, and the complex worlds of trust, estate, and family-law transactions — areas where judgment and integrity matter as much as market savvy. Ginna is qualified as an expert witness in property valuation and standard of care, serves on SILVAR's Professional Standards and Grievance Committees, and is a past Director of both the California and National Associations of Realtors. The Lazar name carries a legacy of leadership in Bay Area real estate. Ginna's late husband, John Lazar, was a partner at Cornish & Carey and a past president of both SILVAR and the Palo Alto Board of Realtors. Today, Ginna works alongside her daughter, Claire Lazar, from the firm's Redwood City office, continuing a family tradition of service that now spans three generations. Ginna divides her time between Woodside and a ranch near Aromas, where she shows American Quarter Horses and, out of her devotion to animal welfare, founded Babe's Fund, a 501(c)(3) supporting rescue and care for animals in need.
