About Greg

Greg is a native of the Central Valley, having been born and raised in Hanford. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Policy & Urban Affairs from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA, and went on to obtain his masters in Business Administration fromCalifornia State University, Fresno. After working for manufacturing companies in Fresno in strategic marketing positions for 4 years, he began his career in real estate sales and development in 1996 as a full-time real estate agent with Carriage House Properties. In 2001, Greg and partner Percy Williams formed PEM Properties, Inc. and represented many clients in the purchasing and selling oflarge multi-residential, residential subdivisions and commercial property transactions in the Central Valley. They have recently expanded their businessto represent homebuyers and investor clients in purchasing and selling foreclosed, short sale and traditional residential and multi-family propertiesin Fresno and Madera Counties. Greg’s understanding of the current economicclimate and the opportunities that it presents for his clients has resulted in a focus on foreclosed properties, short sales as well as traditionalresidential and multi-family properties in Fresno and Madera Counties. Greg’s clients know that he is committed to researching the details, and watching out for their interests in handling what can be difficult or complex transactions. Greg understands the importance of providing his clients with details necessary for them to make the most educated decisions, and doing so in a timely manner,resulting in repeat business and consistent referrals. His commitment to customer service ensures that he is available to his clients 7 days a week. Below are my recent activities and accomplishmentsin the residential real estate market: ·        Since 2009 successfully closed 85 residential real estate transactions with over $9.7 million in gross sales .        Work with numerous investor clients inresearching and analyzing residential real estate property listings to purchase for either holding or selling .        Develop successful advertising campaign using outdoor signs & the internet to generate over 500 potential residential client leads .        Completed The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI?) Designation Program.  This designation isone of the most recognized designations in the real estate industry .         Provide first time homebuyer seminars .         Currently writing blog articles of local residential real estate trends on company’s website .         Send a monthly newsletter to current and past clients on residential real estate issues.
