Having migrated from Ukraine to San Francisco in 1989, my family brought me here with one goal: to achieve the “American dream.” As a former retail business owner, I have managed to become a duplex owner acquiring firsthand experience in the intricacies of the real estate industry and homeownership. As a long-time resident of the Bay area, I leverage my extensive knowledge of the local market and surrounding areas to guide, advise and educate my clients about the market dynamics, effectively empowering them to make well-informed financial decisions. Prior to venturing into real estate, I lived and worked in San Francisco as a volunteer coordinator for the Burning Man project, which helped me develop an understanding and appreciation for diverse cultural and social values. Through the experiences gained, I developed a hands-on approach to finding the best solutions for my clients in the ever-changing Bay Area market, where diversity and innovation are part of the cultural fabric. Driven by a strong passion for helping my clients achieve their goals of owning and building wealth and acquiring financial wealth through real estate, I strive to maneuver easily through challenging and competitive market conditions to ensure their needs and desires prevail.
