Originally from Wiesbaden, Germany, Jake immigrated and moved to Palm Springs CA in 1999 after graduating from Business School with a degree as Merchant of Land and Housing from one of the Largest Commercial Builders in Germany. With the knowledge he gained in this position coupled with his great desire to help Buyers and Seller to accomplish their Real Estate related dreams, he started to successfully work solely in Residential Real Estate in Palm Springs and surrounding areas (Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta) in 1999.
