Jared Martin is a Central Valley real estate broker and one of the owners of a boutique real estate brokerage in Fresno, California. As a third-generation, active REALTOR® licensed for nearly 25 years, he has participated in more than 1,850 real estate transactions. Martin serves on the Board of Directors of FFB Bank, a leading SBA lender in California’s Central Valley. As Vice Chairman, he chairs the Corporate Governance/Nominating Committee and serves as Vice Chair of the Directors’ Loan, Executive committees, and a member of the ALCO Committee. Locally, he serves on the Fresno Association of REALTORS® Local Candidate Recommendation Committee. At the state level, Martin was President of the California Association of REALTORS® (C.A.R.) in 2019, President-elect in 2018, and Treasurer in 2016 and 2017. Most recently, he chaired C.A.R.’s Real Estate Business Services Board of Directors. Nationally, he has held key roles, including 2021 Chair of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) Real Property Operations Committee and Vice Chair of NAR’s Finance Committee in 2020. Martin earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2008. He currently chairs the CCIM Institute’s Marketing Committee in 2026 and just begun his second year on the CCIM Institute’s Finance Committee. An active investor in single-family, office, and multifamily properties, Martin is a member of the California Apartment Association and the National Association of Corporate Directors. Martin is an alumnus of California State University, Fresno’s Sid Craig School of Business.
