About JB

JB has the worlds of real estate, architecture and design in his blood. Leaving a longstanding career in the music industry, he took a position at his sisters’ award-winning architectural firm Hodgetts+Fung to oversee development and real estate opportunities. Here he discovered a new passion which combined his love for modernist architecture with his business background - launching his real estate career. In a serendipitous turn, his first significant property sale was The Lappin House, designed by Case Study architect Craig Ellwood and he hasn’t looked back. JB’s passion is helping clients with one of their biggest financial decisions, buying and selling a home. He is responsible for closing deals on some of Los Angeles’ most coveted mid-century modern properties, Richard Neutra, Buff and Hensman Richard Dorman, and Craig Ellwood among them. He is gifted at sensing the unique needs of his clients. His comprehensive yet creative approach to marketing provides maximum exposure and prompt results. His dedication to the process has propelled him into the top 1% of sales at Compass Sunset Strip. JB’s mantra | Obsess on solutions. Learning is earning. You can have everything in life you want if you just help enough people get what they want. The open road is always calling. Guitars are like cats; one is not enough.
