About JD

After 20 years of service in the United States Navy, I’m bringing the same values that guided my military career into real estate: integrity, professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to taking care of people. I understand the importance of trust, communication, and having someone in your corner when making a major decision. As a local homeowner, husband, and father of four, I know that real estate is about much more than buying or selling a property. A home is where families grow, memories are created, and some of life’s biggest milestones happen. My goal is to make the buying or selling process clear, organized, and as stress free as possible while always keeping my clients’ best interests at the center of every decision. Outside of real estate, I’m also a professional DJ and owner of DJ Ancheta. I’ve had the opportunity to DJ weddings, private events, military celebrations, school events, corporate functions, and venues throughout Southern California. Being a DJ has taught me how to read a room, communicate with people from all walks of life, stay calm under pressure, and create memorable experiences. Those same skills carry directly into how I serve my real estate clients.
