About Jenifer

My introduction to real estate came in 2007, as the housing crisis was unfolding. Working at one of the largest loan servicers at the time, I saw firsthand what could happen to buyers after closing when they were in loans they didn’t fully understand. Seeing people face the loss of their homes left a lasting impression on me and shaped the kind of Realtor I wanted to become. Since then, my experience has included real estate sales, lending, escrow, transaction coordination, and HOA and property management. Working in different parts of the industry has helped me understand how decisions made at one stage can affect everything that follows. That’s why this work is personal to me. Behind every transaction is someone’s home, financial future, and next chapter. I want you to understand what you’re signing, know your options, and feel comfortable asking questions before making a decision. I believe in being honest, even when the conversation is difficult. Sometimes that means explaining why an expectation may not be realistic or why a particular choice deserves a closer look. I would rather have that conversation early than see you face an avoidable hardship later. As an SFR® certified Realtor, I’ve also completed specialized training in short sales and foreclosure resources. My goal is to bring my experience, clear communication, and personal attention to your sale so you can make informed decisions that are right for you.
