I'm Joe Goodman, a California real estate broker and the founder and president of Hayden & Bach. For more than 25 years, I've helped buyers and sellers make informed decisions across Los Angeles, the San Fernando Valley, Long Beach and coastal Southern California. For sellers, I help with pricing, preparation, marketing and negotiations. For buyers, I help evaluate homes, understand the terms of an offer and work through inspections and escrow. My job is to explain the choices clearly and keep the details moving from our first conversation to the keys. I grew up in the San Fernando Valley and ran a piano store in Los Angeles before entering real estate. Those years built lasting relationships in the music community and an understanding of clients looking for homes with recording studios, guest houses and room to create. I work alongside Slava Ploshkin at The Slava House. We handle transactions together, combining my brokerage experience with our team's property films, live MLS search and neighborhood guides.
