Originally from Bakersfield, Joe studied at Cal State Northridge and spent a decade in Los Angeles, where he worked in theater and film and held a role at the prestigious American Film Institute in Hollywood. In 1997, he moved to Carlsbad and now lives in Oceanside-just seconds from the Pacific Ocean. Outside of real estate, Joe is a proud father of two daughters who are active in North County's vibrant theater scene. A lifelong lover of animals, Joe is passionate about supporting rescue organizations and can often be found walking his dog along the beach. His other interests include theater, film, fitness, fine dining, and cheering on the Los Angeles Lakers. Joe believes that real estate is first and foremost about relationships. He works tirelessly to help his clients achieve their goals-whether that means finding the perfect place to call home or securing the best possible price when it's time to sell.
