Hi, I’m Joelle Jackson, a licensed California real estate agent with SME Real Estate, serving buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, and property owners throughout California, with a strong presence in Fresno, Clovis, Madera, Merced, Visalia, Hanford, and throughout the Central Valley, the Bay Area, and Los Angeles. Licensed since 2016, I bring more than 15 years of combined experience in real estate, property management, leasing, housing programs, and community development. I’ve managed operations for two of Fresno’s largest real estate offices, overseeing teams of 15+ agents and staff, and I’ve operated a property management office handling leasing, tenants, landlords, and day-to-day property operations. My housing experience goes well beyond buying and selling homes. I secured a $1.3 million HUD grant supporting fair housing work in the Central Valley and have worked with HUD programs, affordable housing, city services, housing organizations, tenants, landlords, and community development initiatives. I also assist clients and organizations interested in housing development, nonprofit development, and building stronger communities. For me, homeownership is personal. I was once a tenant who became a homeowner myself. I understand what it feels like to start on one side of the process and work toward ownership, which is one reason I especially enjoy helping first-time buyers.
