Josephine Balzano is a true born and raised Southern Californian. She was born in Inglewood in 1974 to immigrant parents. She grew up in Harbor City and went to school at Le Lycee Francais de Los Angeles in Redondo Beach. Josephine attended Cal State Long Beach and graduated with a B.S. in Business, Finance and Real Estate. Her family still lives in Torrance, Hawthorne, Redondo Beach, Rancho Palos Verdes and Palos Verdes Estates. Josephine continues to live in the South Bay with her husband and three children. Other languages she speaks are Spanish, French and Arabic. Josephine bought her first investment property in Hawthorne when she was 18 years old. For the past 20 years she has been buying homes, fixing them up and selling them for profit. For the past 8 years she has been representing buyers and sellers in the South Bay and helping them do the same.
