About Kaden

Hello! If you’re reading this, then thank you for joining my journey! Many of you may know me from several different walks of life, and many of you may not know me at all! So here’s a quick run through of who I am. My name is Kaden Cowles, I’m currently 22 years old, I graduated from SDSU in 2019 with a Business Degree with an emphasis in finance. I began working as an Analyst for Northrop Grumman shortly after and have enjoyed that ride ever since! But there’s something you should know about me if you don’t know it already: I don’t like to sit still, and I’ve got A LOT of energy! So being an analyst - as fun as it is - had me wanting to get out into the world, and meet new and exciting people on an every day basis! Speaking of which, I did meet some pretty incredible people in my time at SDSU, but one person in particular who started me on this specific journey, was one of my best friends Daniel Martinho. We met our freshman year and instantly connected over business and the idea of starting something together one day. We each had different goals and aspirations, but there was one thing that overlapped in our interests though, REAL ESTATE! We knew nearly 6 years ago now that this was going to be how we shaped our futures! Fast forward to today, and as I’m writing this, we’re in the midst of a global pandemic (what a great time to start a business right). Nonetheless, I got my Real Estate license earlier this year, and while Daniel may have gotten a head start on the Real Estate game, our dream is finally coming to fruition! I joined his team over at Fathom Realty, and I could not be happier.
