About Kai

He represents buyers and sellers across the San Francisco Peninsula, with a focus on Los Altos, Mountain View, and Menlo Park. For sellers, he prepares homes for market through targeted pre-sale improvements, data-driven pricing, and marketing that shows what makes each property stand out. For buyers, he helps make a competitive market easier to handle, guiding clients from the first showing through disclosure review, offer strategy, and closing. Kai attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, where he studied Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Real Property Development in Construction Management. That background gives him a strong foundation in property valuation, investment analysis, and the construction side of real estate, so he can help clients understand not just what a home is worth today, but what it could become.  Born and raised in Mountain View and Los Altos, Kai attended Springer Elementary, Blach Middle School, and Mountain View High School, and knows these neighborhoods firsthand. He believes real estate runs on relationships. He stays responsive, explains every step clearly, and keeps his clients’ goals at the center of every decision. Working alongside Mini Kalkat, he collaborates closely with fellow agents and trusted local professionals so his clients have the right people at every stage.
