About Karen

I moved from Northern California and started my career in real estate as a Real Estate Sales Associate in the Pacific Beach/La Jolla communities. I began selling real estate in the late 80’s and after a few years, opportunities arose for me to expand my experience as a Marketing Director, New Homes Sales Associate for a local builder and eventually an Escrow Closing Agent for a national home builder. I enjoyed these positions and learned many aspects of the real estate industry. These experiences enabled me to understand and counsel my clients through the process of selling or buying their home. I resumed my real estate sales position several years ago in the city of Del Mar and the surrounding coastal communities. In all the positions I have held, my professionalism, attention to detail and concern for my clients needs have enabled my clients to have a positive experience throughout the real estate process. I take a personal interest in making sure all my clients are happy and satisfied with the outcome of their real estate transaction. Experience and knowledge are necessary to assist with the sale or purchase of a home, but outstanding customer service makes the transaction not only successful, but a pleasant experience.
