About Kelley

I am a Vice President and Sales Manager with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Franciscan Properties in San Francisco, where I focus on supporting and developing real estate agents at all stages of their careers. I began my real estate career in 1988, and over the years I’ve gained a comprehensive understanding of both the San Francisco market and the business behind it. My experience across multiple roles within the brokerage has allowed me to build a well-rounded perspective, which I bring to my work every day. In my current role, I work closely with agents through one-on-one coaching, small group training, and business planning. I help agents set clear, achievable goals and create strategies that lead to consistent, long-term success. My approach is straightforward and honest—I believe in providing practical guidance that agents can actually implement in their day-to-day business. I am passionate about creating a collaborative and supportive environment where agents can grow, stay focused, and build meaningful, relationship-driven careers. It’s incredibly rewarding to play a role in helping others succeed while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity in our industry.
