About Kim

Kim Smith is a Realtor with the Galster Group. Kim is a native to Sacramento. Her husband served in the military for over 30 years. Kim really enjoys working with other military families to help them become part of our Sacramento community. She raised three wonderful children and now enjoys watching her grandchildren grow and thrive in the same community she grew up in. In order to pursue her passion for Real Estate, Kim left government service after 30 years of experience to become a licensed Real Estate agent in 2013. Kim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. As an investor herself, she has bought and sold properties of her own over the years. Her formal education and experience working with contract negotiations, budgeting, computers, buying and selling property, accounting, and customer service, give her clients confidence that they will be well represented. Kim stays current on regulations and effective marketing techniques in order represent her clients effectively. Kim knows how to negotiate a contract and manage transactions so they will close. She demonstrates integrity in all her dealings, she listens and is responsive to the needs of her clients. Kim offers her clients an outstanding level of service.
