Klarissa Soto is originally from the Bay Area. But when she moved to Sacramento at age 12, her new city became the place she loves to call home. She went to San Francisco for college and earned a bachelor’s degree in fashion design and marketing — but she always knew she’d be back. Klarissa worked in retail management for 10 years before becoming a real estate professional. She credits her marketing and retail background for her understanding of the Sacramento market and the listening skills that are so essential to customer service. Detail oriented and fluent in Spanish and English, Klarissa places clear communication foremost among her professional traits. She’s also a notary public, a notary loan-signing agent, and a probate and trust specialist. Klarissa has the drive and determination to serve her clients well and works hard to stay with them every step of the way. While putting her clients at ease, she’s also known as a tough negotiator who’s not afraid to play hardball. She finds it especially rewarding to hand first-time buyers the keys to their dream home. In her leisure time, Klarissa can be found trying new restaurants in town — she’s an avid foodie — or kayaking down the Sacramento River or on Folsom Lake. At home, she enjoys cooking and watching a good show with her partner and their dog.
