About Libby

Libby and Bill Woolford were both born, raised and currently reside in East Sacramento, and represent third and fourth generation Sacramentans. This background gives them great knowledge of Sacramento and it's most desirable communities as well as its local traditions. After a social work career, Bill entered real estate in 1978. Libby was an educator until 2005, when she joined her parents' practice. Libby and Bill have been trusted real estate advisors to multiple generations of the same families. Assisting people toward their goals in selling their home and in attaining home ownership gives them great satisfaction. The Woolfords strive to meet their clients' needs and wants and make sure that their clients feel educated and comfortable with each step of the home selling/purchasing process.
