Real estate has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up watching my parents, John and Petra Capurro, build a portfolio of 45+ income properties. That experience gave me an early education in real estate—and sparked my passion for helping others build wealth and create stability through homeownership. Before real estate, I spent over seven years in IT and Project Management. That background shaped how I work today: organized, detail-focused, and always thinking a few steps ahead so nothing gets missed. What matters most to me is how my clients feel throughout the process. I stay accessible, communicate clearly, and make sure you always know what’s going on.
