About Lisa

Successful Empty-Nester and Right-Sizing Expert - I am a 4th generation Californian, and a San Diego resident for over 30 years. In my previous life, I was a working mother, and the co-founder and former Vice President of Marketing for a Top 30 craft brewery. Now, I am a San Diego-Area Real Estate Agent and I help people make the transition from the home where they raised their family to a home that better suits the lifestyle they want to have NOW. It may seem like a monumental headache, but it doesn't have to be. I am passionate about helping people find the home that best fits the lifestyle they want to have. I am very aware that a home that was perfect for raising a growing family, may not be a fit any longer. A family home can suddenly seem much too large, once the children have left for a new phase in their lives. I am acutely aware of how a home that once seemed just right, can suddenly seem like too much to manage. We have moved on more than one occasion to meet the needs of our changing family. We purchased our first home in 1997, when our children were babies. We moved into our current home, which is about half the size of our last, just a couple of years ago. I have gone through the downsizing and rightsizing process, and I can help you do it too. I went into real estate genuinely wanting to help people rightsize into the home that fits their current lifestyle and gives them the freedom to pursue things that bring them joy, without being weighed down by a home that no longer fits their needs. Working with me, you will be well-cared for, and you can feel confident that you will have an excellent buying or selling experience. When I am not helping clients find their perfect home, I can be found painting in my art studio, or rafted up in the San Diego Bay on our boat, with my husband Mike and our pug named Gramma.
