About Lodgie

Selling or buying a home can be stressful for most people. As a real estate professional, I know that having the right person on your side to help you get the results you need makes all the difference in the world. Sellers hire me to put a plan in action and help determine a fair market value for their home and negotiate the best price for their properties(s). Buyers rely on my expertise and instinct regarding the real estate market and enjoy the benefits of my large network of other real estate professionals who can help make their transaction smoother and more enjoyable. I become a lifelong resource for all their real estate needs well after the initial purchase of their home. I pride myself in delivering great results, and treating every client honestly, fairly, and with respect. I graduated from Cal State East Bay with a degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Corporate Management and Marketing. I spent over 15 years working in the financial industry prior to becoming a real estate agent. I have lived in the San Francisco Bay Area my entire life, living the last 20 years entirely in the Eastbay. I am licensed to help you in real estate transactions all throughout our great state of California. Feel free to contact me for all your current and future Real Estate needs. I look forward to helping you.
